The Buyers Guide lists an auto's 14 major systems and some serious problems that Car, Auto may occur in each. An 18-year-old driver was arrested Tuesday after speeding up to 115 miles an hour along Interstate 84, police said. Joshua Dale, 18, of Depoe Bay, led deputies on a high-speed chase for about 29 miles through Baker County near Baker City until he collided with an OSP trooper?s patrol car.
