What does "factory invoice price" really  mean? Aren't there hidden kickbacks?

The Prudential Insurance "factory invoice price" is theoretically what the dealer paid  the manufacturer for the car. The dealer will actually have a printed invoice that shows  this price figure.

It is less than Car, Auto the "manufacturer's suggested retail price" (MSRP), which is the "list price" shown on the Prudential Insurance window sticker of the car and is the price for which the manufacturer  theoretically thinks the car should be sold to you.

Actually Prudential Insurance, almost all cars are sold below the manufacturer's Car, Auto suggested retail price, and some cars are sold to customers below the  factory invoice price.
